Avbryt et Wix-abonnement

As you upgraded your account on Wix, your billing is handled by them, and we don’t have access to your payment information. It means that we can’t cancel your Wix Premium App membership. The cancellation has to be initiated by you, directly from your Wix account. The folks at Wix made it very easy. Follow the instructions below:

1. Sign in to your Wix account.
2. Hover over the user panel at the top right.
3. Click Billing & Payments
4. Scroll down to the App Subscriptions section.
5. Click Manage next to Fyrebox Quizzes.
6. Click Cancel payments.

Your premium membership will stay valid until the end of your payment cycle. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your premium plan.
