Upgrading to a Fyrebox Premium Plan

f you decide to subscribe to one of the Fyrebox premium plans, your credit card will be charged monthly on the same day as your subscription. You can select between 2 currencies . If you live in Australia, GST is included in the monthly charge. At the moment, we accept the following:

  • Visa Credit/Debit Card
  • Mastercard Credit/Debit Card
  • Paypal

At the moment, we don’t accept the following:

  • Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer
  • Invoice
  • American Express

Downgrading your Plan

If you decide to cancel your paid subscription, you can request a refund for the last charge encountered on if you cancel no more than 7 days after the last charge

Change of Payment Method

If you’d like to change your credit card or payment method, you can send us an email and ask us to delete your current payment method or cancel your premium membership and subscribe again.
