Buying a subscription
Upgrading to a Fyrebox Premium Plan
If you decide to subscribe to one of the Fyrebox premium plans, your credit card will be charged monthly on the same day as your subscription. If you live in Australia, GST is included in the monthly charge. At the moment, we accept the following:
- Visa Credit/Debit Card
- Mastercard Credit/Debit Card
- Paypal
At the moment, we don't accept the following:
- Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer
- Invoice
- American Express
How to cancel your subscription
You cancel your subscription from the page of your account at https://www.fyrebox.com/account. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Please note that we don't offer refunds for the remaining days of the billing cycle.
How to change your payment details
If you purchased a subscription with a credit card, you can change your method of payment from the page of your account. You can access this page at https://www.fyrebox.com/account. If you purchased a subscription with Paypal and wish to change your payment details, you will need to cancel your subscription and subscribe again with the new payment details.
